If you have ordered an artwork through Arte Della Fotografia, it has been printed especially for you. Please choose carefully as refunds, returns or exchanges will not be accepted if you change your mind. 

Cancellation

If you have ordered an artwork through Arte Della Fotografia, it has been printed especially for you. To ensure you receive your artwork in as timely a manner as possible, I get printing right away! Please choose carefully as cancellations will not be accepted.

Change of Address

Please double check your address before submitting your order. If you realise that you have submitted your order with the wrong address, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can change it. Please keep in mind that I am very quick to get printing and getting orders out so please try to contact me the moment you realise! 

Faulty or Damaged Products

Please get in touch with me if you are unhappy with your artwork. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. Making and delivering beautiful products is my passion. Please don't leave a nasty review before getting in contact with me - it won't make you feel any better and I would much rather you give me the opportunity to redeem myself first!
